This video was created as a response to Creative Audience programme organized by Liz Roche Company.

At the beginning there was only movement without thought. Movement began to inform what’s unfolding. ‘Here’ began emerging as balance, centre and breath. I/Mummy Harmony began re-membering some of the collected answers to questions about safety I have been exploring with the public in THE SILENT CONVERSATION INSTALLATION (2017 - ongoing). It feels to me as if the answers are forming a poem, they found their flow through the movement.

The moments of frozen frames in the film correspond to elements of tasks involving closing and opening eyes while moving. These moments especially brought out concepts of boundaries/blurriness, nowness/cyclicality and stillness/flow, which led to an element of water, especially the statement from Cork Environmental Forum

In a 100 – year period, a water molecule spends 98 years in the ocean, 20 months as ice, about 2 weeks in lakes and rivers, and less than a week in the atmosphere”.

So grateful to Liz Roche for this truly wonderful process.
